INSERT GAS

Inert gas fire suppression systems utilize naturally occurring gases to extinguish fires by lowering the oxygen concentration within a protected area to a level where combustion cannot be sustained, while still remaining safe for human occupancy for a limited time. These systems are ideal for environments where water-based suppression (such as sprinklers) could cause significant damage to sensitive equipment or valuable assets — including server rooms, data centers, archives, control rooms, and museums.
 
Two commonly used agents in such systems are IG-541 and IG-55. Both are inert gas blends used in total flooding fire protection and are specifically designed to suppress fires effectively without causing harm to electronics, documents, or delicate materials. These agents are non-toxic, electrically non-conductive, residue-free, and safe for use in normally occupied areas, making them a reliable and environmentally responsible choice for critical infrastructure protection.
 

KITCHEN FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

Kitchen fire suppression systems are designed to detect and extinguish fires in commercial kitchens where open flames, high temperatures, and flammable oils create a high risk of fire. Their main role is to protect lives, property, and critical kitchen operations by automatically suppressing fires at the source.
 

DIRECT AND INDIRECT TUBING FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

In a direct tubing system, the heat-sensitive tube acts as a fire detection and suppression mechanism. Upon detecting high heat levels, it bursts at the nearest point to the fire and injects the extinguishing agent directly into the flames to prevent fire spread and minimal equipment damage from the spread.
 
The indirect system utilizes the heat-sensitive tube for fire detection alone. After the tube has sensed fire, it activates a valve releasing the extinguishing agent by dispersing it through appropriately sited nozzles. The use of this method would apply best to larger enclosures since it allows even spreading of the extinguishing agent across the protected area.
